Yeonsan The Sharp was constructed as a project of redeveloping Yeonsan District 2 in Yeonje-gu, Busan. The complex has total 1,071 household units in 11 buildings with 4 floors underground and 30 floors above ground. Located at the foot of Hwangnyeong Mountain, the complex provides a pleasant living environment with various amenities nearby, such as transportation, education, and public offices. Yeouido Parc.1
Yeouido Parc.1 is an exemplary ultra large-scale complex created with POSCO E&C’s technological power built in the field of high-rise construction. Measuring 318 m at the highest point, this complex consists of two office towers, each with 69 and 53 floors, a hotel (30 floors), and a commercial facility (8 floors). With its construction completed in July 2020, Yeouido Parc.1 became the third tallest building in Korea following Haundae LCT (411 m). Yeouido Parc.1 was designed by Richard Rogers, a world-renowned architect. The pillars in red, a traditional Dancheong color of Korea, stretching up towards the sky express the spirit of Korean people energetically marching to the future. Harmonizing with the skyline of Yeouido, the unique exterior design and the tranquil lighting add to the beauty of urban architecture. The green zone encompassing the building will be used as an open space that satisfies both pedestrians and the facility users.

Jongno-gu Centropolis
Centropolis is a business and commercial facility located in Gongpyeong-dong, Jongno-gu of Seoul. With the gross floor area measuring 141,474.78 m2, this facility consists of two buildings, each with eight basement levels and 26 ground floors. The name, Centropolis, is a compound word of “centro,” which means the center, and “polis,” which is a city state of the ancient Greece. The entire basement level 1 is used to preserve artifacts excavated during construction. With the effort recognized, Centropolis was selected as the runner-up at the 2019 Korean Architecture Awards.

Songdo Convensia
Songdo Convensia is an exhibition center and an international convention center located in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. It was developed in two stages. Following completion of the stage 2 construction in 2018, it was born as a facility comprising of four exhibition halls holding 900 booths and an international convention center capable of accommodating 2,000 people. Situated in only a 25-minute distance from Incheon International Airport, Songdo Convensia is adjacent to hotels, a shopping mall, international organizations, and leading industrial facilities. As such, Songdo Convensia has optimal geographical conditions. The roof of Songdo Convensia was designed to resemble Korea’s mountain range. The large exhibition hall without pillars is a representative feature of Songdo Convensia.
